SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Costs:
We ship via USPS First Class Mail ($4.50) and USPS Priority Mail ($6.50) depending on the value, size and packaging requirements for your order. Total shipping charges will be viewable upon checkout. In the event of an overage caused by miscalculation, shipping refunds are automically issued. 

Processing Time:
In stock items ship in 1-3 days of cleared payment. Processing time for custom orders varies by project. 

Estimated Travel Times:
USPS First Class, USA: 2-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail, USA: 1-3 business days
USPS First Class International: 2-6 weeks

Although we always package and mail our orders promptly, US Postal Service delivery times are non-guaranteed estimates. 

Shipping Services:
All orders include tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance. In the event of a damaged or lost package, we will need your assistance to file a claim.  

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Shopping Small:
Uniqueness in handmade work is inevitable, so please feel free to contact us with any questions you have before making a purchase. Above all else we want you to be satisfied with your transaction. 

Returns Accepted: 
Just contact us within 3 days of receiving your package and then mail your return within 7 days. 

Cancellation Policy:
We honor cancellation requests made within 12 hours of purchase. After that, it is likely your order has already shipped. 

Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for custom orders, personalized items, clearance items or pieces which show obvious signs of wear and use. 

Conditions of Return:
Your refund will be issued after we receive your return. Original shipping and return shipping costs are your responsibility as the buyer. We do not issue returns on items that are returned without prior authorization, or on items that are not returned in the same condition in which they were shipped.
